Minister Benjamin Moore is an accomplished pianist, organist, minister, and passionate music educator whose musical journey began at the remarkable age of three. By the age of seven, he was already serving as a church musician, laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to musical excellence, artistic expression, and education.

With a musical background encompassing gospel, classical piano, and traditional Baptist church music, Minister Moore has devoted years to developing his musicianship through performance, practical experience, and formal education.

He pursued collegiate studies as a Music major with a concentration in Piano at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UA Little Rock), where he studied classical piano under the instruction of Dr. Naoki Hakutani. His classical training, combined with his extensive experience in gospel and church music, has provided him with a well-rounded musical foundation that emphasizes technical proficiency, musical interpretation, discipline, and artistic excellence.

Throughout his musical journey, Minister Moore has served in church music ministry, accompanied worship services, and developed a passion for helping aspiring musicians understand both the technical and expressive dimensions of piano performance.

As the founder of The Moore School of Music, based in Little Rock, Arkansas, Minister Moore is dedicated to providing exceptional piano instruction for children and adults. His educational philosophy combines the discipline of classical piano training with the creativity, harmonic richness, and expressive traditions of gospel music.

His vision extends far beyond teaching students to play an instrument. He seeks to cultivate confidence, inspire excellence, nurture individual musical gifts, and prepare students to become knowledgeable, disciplined, and expressive musicians.
