Reserve Your Lesson

1. Lesson Cancellation

Students or parents must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a scheduled piano lesson.

• 24 hours or more before the lesson: students may reschedule their appointment or request a full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the lesson: the lesson fee is nonrefundable, and the session will be considered forfeited.
• Failure to attend (no-show): the full lesson fee will be forfeited.

2. Rescheduling Lessons

Students may reschedule their lessons at no additional charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided. All rescheduled appointments are subject to instructor availability.

3. Late Arrivals

Students arriving late may receive instruction for the remaining portion of their reserved appointment. Lessons cannot be extended beyond their scheduled ending time.

4. Instructor Cancellations

If The Moore School of Music must cancel a lesson due to instructor illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered the choice of rescheduling at no additional charge or receiving a full refund.

5. Emergencies and Unexpected Circumstances

In cases involving serious illness, family emergencies, or severe weather, cancellation fees may be waived or a lesson credit issued at the discretion of The Moore School of Music. Please contact the school as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Online Lessons

The same cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to virtual piano lessons. Students are responsible for having a functioning internet connection and the necessary equipment before their scheduled session. Technical difficulties will be reviewed individually to determine whether rescheduling is appropriate.

7. Agreement to Policy

By scheduling or purchasing a piano lesson through The Moore School of Music, students and parents acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to this cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy.
